When you subscribe to Veloro ("Tune In"), we collect your email address. That's it. We do not collect names, payment information, browsing history, location data, or any other personal information.
Your email address is used for one purpose: to send you the daily Drift transmission. We do not sell, share, rent, or trade your email address with anyone.
Veloro does not use cookies. We use localStorage in your browser to remember your display preferences (Guide/Immersive mode, font size). This data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for anonymous, aggregated traffic metrics (page views, countries, devices). This is cookieless and does not track individual users.
Your email is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on a secure server in Ashburn, Virginia (USA). Access is restricted to the Veloro system administrator.
Your email is retained as long as your subscription is active. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, your email is permanently removed from our database.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will delete your information within 48 hours.
Resend — processes and delivers our emails. Their privacy policy is at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Cloudflare — provides DNS, CDN, and anonymous analytics. Their privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Veloro is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
If we update this policy, the changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. We will not reduce your privacy protections without notice.
